Assistant Professor in Neuromechanics

The School of Kinesiology and Health Studies at Queen’s University invites applications for a Tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor in Neuromechanics, with expertise in both biomechanics and motor control. The successful candidate may utilize a variety of experimental approaches but their research program must be primarily human based. The preferred starting date is July 1, 2020.

Candidates must have a completed PhD in Kinesiology or another relevant discipline at the start date of the appointment. Candidates whose research program will combine both fundamental scientific inquiry and applied work to enhance human health and performance are particularly encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to applicants whose research program complements current faculty research and our focus on physical activity and health within the School of Kinesiology and Health Studies at Queen’s University.
